Ziele der Bundestarifkommission:
- Informationsplattform im Internet für alle Mitglieder und Betriebsgruppen zu Tariffragen
- Unterstützung der Betriebsgruppen bei Tarifverhandlungen
- Durchsetzung der Teilnahme von Betriebsgruppen an Tarifverhandlungen, die bei diesen bisher noch ausgeschlossen sind
- Teilnahme an den ARD/ZDF-weiten Verhandlungen, z. B. zu den Themen LOV (Leistungsorientierte Vergütung), Gesamtversorgung sowie flexible Arbeitszeit
- Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit dem dbb und der dbb Tarifunion
